For those that don’t know, QR codes are the new tech savvy way for users to be redirected to your website by simply scanning their mobile device over the icon.

Before you start plastering these little codes over all of your advertising it is worth considering some vital points. QR codes are aimed at the Smartphone audience. So for this to work efficiently, your site must be optimized for viewing on a mobile device. Furthermore, despite their rapid growth, some of your audience may not know how these icons work.
